About This Curriculum
This curriculum teaches vocabulary through morphology—the study of how words are built from meaningful parts. Instead of memorizing isolated definitions, students learn to recognize roots, prefixes, and suffixes that appear across thousands of English words.
Each lesson includes: root meaning and origin, 12 vocabulary words with definitions, word breakdowns, connotation notes, practice exercises, reading passages, and a complete answer key.
Print-friendly: Every lesson prints cleanly in black and white. Use Ctrl/Cmd + P on any lesson page.
